1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TrustVoice (accessible via https://tvoice.in). By accessing our website, subscribing to our weekly newsletter, or participating in our promotional giveaways, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not subscribe to our newsletter or enter our promotional draws.

2. Subscription Terms, Pricing & Refund Policy

TrustVoice provides a weekly digital editorial briefing (FOCUS Newsletter) covering social issues, technology, policy, and deeply researched topics.

Pricing & One-Time Payment Terms

The FOCUS newsletter subscription fee is ₹99 for 4 weeks (1 month). This is a one-time payment. There is NO automatic renewal, recurring subscription, or auto-debit charge. When your 4-week access expires, you will not be charged automatically. If you wish to continue receiving the newsletter after 4 weeks, you must make a new manual payment.

Strict No Refund Policy

Once a user subscribes to the TrustVoice newsletter for ₹99, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are completed for digital content access and immediate giveaway eligibility upon successful transaction completion.

Subscribers receive full access to 4 weekly editions published during their active 4-week subscription period.

3. Giveaway Rules & Free Entry Option

TrustVoice occasionally conducts promotional giveaways (such as the Apple Setup Giveaway) to appreciate our audience.

Free Entry Method (Alternative Entry)

Newsletter subscription is completely optional for giveaway entry. Anyone can enter the giveaway for FREE without purchasing a subscription. To claim a free entry, simply send an email with your Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address directly to the contact email listed on our Contact Page (kannan22119@gmail.com) with the subject line "Free Giveaway Entry Request". Free entrants receive an equal participant number and identical odds as paid subscribers.

General Giveaway Rules:

  • Minimum Participant Requirement: A minimum of 800 participants is required to conduct the giveaway draw. If the minimum participant threshold is not reached, TrustVoice reserves all rights to cancel the giveaway.
  • Participant Information: All participants (paid or free) must provide accurate, real contact information (Name, Email, Mobile Number). Fake or automated entries are strictly prohibited and subject to disqualification.
  • Unique Participant Number: Each eligible participant receives a Unique Participant Number via Email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours prior to the live draw.
  • Winner Selection: The winner is chosen using a transparent, unedited Python random number generator streamed live on camera.
  • Prize Delivery & Shipping: The prize will be delivered anywhere in India. There are zero shipping or delivery charges for the winner. TrustVoice covers 100% of courier and logistics expenses.
  • Anti-Scam Notice: TrustVoice will NEVER ask the winner for payment, administrative fees, or shipping money to claim the prize. Any request for money is a scam.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use TrustVoice for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use false identity details or impersonate another person.
  • Attempt to manipulate the giveaway draw, submit multiple fraudulent entries, or bypass security protocols.
  • Republish or commercially redistribute TrustVoice editorial newsletters without explicit written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, design assets, research, and weekly newsletter editions published on TrustVoice are the intellectual property of TrustVoice and Kannan. All rights reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrustVoice provides research-backed news briefings and editorial analyses for educational and informational purposes. While we strive for maximum accuracy and balance, TrustVoice is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
